Community Relations

• To show our support for the local community, Cheapest Load of Rubbish backs several worthwhile causes, including Wednesday Wheelie Warriors, the South Sydney Rabbitohs, and Father Chris Riley's Youth off the Streets. We pride ourselves on giving back to the community that supports us, and as part of this we help those who help others.
  
  

  

  Wednesday Wheelie Warriors

  Wednesday Wheelie Warriors are no exception to this rule and as a not-for-profit registered charity, they operate for the Betterment and benefit of the disabled members of our Community, especially Children, their Aim Is So That They Can Dream A Different Dream.

  
  

  The charity provides rides to disabled children and adults on nippis, trikes and bikes, participates in fundraising activities for disability equipment and for a small donation, provides food hampers to pensioners and the disadvantaged in the community.
  
  

  To help support this charity, Cheapest Load of Rubbish donates second hand disability equipment collected from rubbish removal jobs, including wheelchairs, walking frames, shower chairs and lift chairs, which is then re-housed by the Wednesday Wheelie Warriors to those in the community who are most in need.

  South Sydney Rabbitohs

  In 2007, Cheapest Load of Rubbish decided to sponsor local rugby league team the South Sydney Rabbitohs. This project was partly due to the fact that Souths manage several community programs.

  
  Souths Cares assists disadvantaged youth through programs such as Teachers Aide, Healthy and Active Lifestyle Program and the Indigenous Leadership Program (Schools to Work Transition). To find out more please click here.
